• Red Throat & Gills – Signals distress, provoking predatory instincts
• Hand-Tied Deer Hair Head – Offers superior buoyancy and a realistic profile

🔹 Built for Performance & Durability

• Reinforced with CA Glue – Ensures materials stay intact after multiple catches
• Versatile Sizes (4-6) – Effective for different fishing conditions

🔹 Why It Works

This fly is engineered for maximum movement and visibility, making it deadly effective in both clear and murky water. The combination of natural and synthetic materials creates a dynamic swimming action that imitates a struggling baitfish—a guaranteed trigger for predatory fish. The red throat detail simulates gill flashes, an instinctual strike trigger for opportunistic feeders.

Additionally, the dense deer hair head pushes water, creating subtle vibrations that predators detect even in low-light conditions.

🔹 Ideal Conditions & Target Species

This fly excels in a variety of water conditions:
✅ Rivers & Streams – Works well in moderate to fast currents where fish ambush prey
✅ Lakes & Stillwaters – Perfect for slow retrieves, enticing lethargic fish into striking
✅ Stained & Murky Water – High-contrast colors and flash make it stand out
✅ Cold & Warm Water – Versatile enough for multiple seasons

🎣 Best Target Species:

• Trout – Deadly for big browns and rainbows looking for a larger meal
• Bass – Smallmouth and largemouth can't resist the profile and movement
• Pike & Musky – Built tough to handle aggressive, toothy predators
• Steelhead & Salmon – Great for swinging through runs or stripping through pools

🎣 Whether you're chasing trophy trout in fast-moving rivers or targeting big-water predators, this fly is a proven performer. The carefully balanced materials create lifelike motion, making it irresistible to opportunistic feeders.
