What payment methods do you accept?

Product Availability & Special Orders

Do you offer special orders for items not listed on the website?
Yes! If you're looking for a specific fly-tying material, fly pattern, or piece of gear that you don’t see on our website, we may be able to source it for you. Please contact us with details, and allow extra time for ordering and shipping.

Do you have real-time inventory on your website?
We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with the following options:

  • A full refund for the missing item
  • A substitution with a similar item (if available)
  • Holding your order until the item is back in stock

If you're concerned about availability before placing an order, feel free to reach out, and we’ll check for you.

Discounts & Bulk Pricing

Do you offer discounts for professional fly tyers and guides?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing for commercial fly tyers and registered fishing guides. Contact us to discuss pricing details—please note that not all products may be eligible for discounts.

Do you provide discounts for fly fishing or fly tying clubs?
We are always happy to support organizations that promote fly fishing, conservation, and environmental stewardship. If your club or organization is interested in bulk pricing or sponsorship opportunities, send us an email with details about your group and the products you’re interested in.

Custom Fly Tying Services

Do you offer custom fly tying services?
While I have provided custom tying in the past, current demands on my time make this difficult. However, if you need a specific fly pattern tied, feel free to reach out, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate your request.

Shipping & Taxes

What regions do you ship to?
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States along with select international destinations. If you’re outside of Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us to confirm shipping availability and costs.

What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary based on order size, weight, and destination. You’ll see the available shipping options and costs at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. If you need an expedited order, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Are taxes included in my order?
Taxes are applied based on the province or territory where the order is being shipped, in accordance with Canadian tax regulations.

General & Support

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed for shipping, modifications may no longer be possible.

What should I do if I have an issue with my order?
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
