Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping Within Canada
Shipping options and applicable rates are displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and delivery destination.

Free shipping is available on qualifying Canadian orders of $125 or more.

United States Orders
Selected products are available for shipment to the United States. Product availability and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

International Orders
For destinations outside Canada and the United States, please contact us regarding product availability and shipping options before placing your order.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by arrangement. Please contact us before visiting to arrange a pickup time.

Items Damaged in Transport
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at dale.day@dctackle.ca. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the damaged packaging and/or products so we can assist you.
