Description
Beadhead San Juan Worm – A Must-Have Fly for Every Serious Angler
Some flies just consistently catch fish—and the Beadhead San Juan Worm is one of them. Simple yet deadly effective, this pattern imitates aquatic worms and annelids, making it an essential fly for trout, steelhead, and even bass in rivers, streams, and still waters.
✅ Proven Fish Magnet – Whether you're fishing high water, stained conditions, or tailwaters, the San Juan Worm is a go-to confidence fly that produces results when other patterns fail.
✅ Weighted for Natural Drift – The beadhead helps the fly sink quickly into the strike zone, where big trout and steelhead eagerly feed. Use it as a dropper in a nymph rig or as a stand-alone fly for fast action.
✅ Versatile & Effective Year-Round – From spring runoff to fall spawning runs, this fly shines in a variety of conditions. It’s particularly effective after rainstorms when worms naturally get washed into the water.
🎣 Trusted by experienced anglers, guides, and beginners alike, the Beadhead San Juan Worm belongs in every fly box!
