Description
Galloup’s MFC 7052 Vertical Eye Streamer Hook
Developed in collaboration with streamer innovator Kelly Galloup, the Galloup’s MFC 7052 Vertical Eye Streamer Hook from Montana Fly Company is purpose-built for serious streamer fly tying. Designed with a vertical eye and a strong, balanced shank, this hook provides an ideal foundation for modern predator-style streamer patterns where profile, movement, and durability matter.
The vertical eye orientation allows materials to flow more naturally along the shank while helping maintain proper hook alignment in the finished fly. For professional fly tyers, these subtle design details make a meaningful difference—providing cleaner material transitions, improved fly balance, and a more refined finished pattern.
Whether you’re tying large articulated flies, sculpin patterns, or modern trout streamers, the MFC 7052 streamer hook offers the strength and geometry required to support complex builds and aggressive takes.
