Thread: Semperfli Nano Silk 12/0 50D
Tag: Oval Silver Tinsel
Tip: Ch. Red Uni-Stretch
Butt: Black Ostrich Herl
Body: Black Floss
Rib: Oval Silver Tinsel
Throat: Blue Soft Hackle
Wing: Black Opposum
Tying Notes:
Brush on Zap-A-Gap or other Super Glue on the thread before tying in the Opposum as this material is slippery and can pull out easily
Split the Uni-Floss into single strands for smaller fly sizes
Can use soft hen hackle or schlappen for the throat
Heads are coated with 1 coat of Salarlaq varnish and then 1 coat of UV Ultra Thin Black Resin
