The Belly Ache Minnow was originally designed as a shad pattern, but has since become one of the best all around streamer patterns for trout, bass, and even inshore saltwater fishing. Tied on a stainless saltwater hook, this fly rights hook up and can be fished shallow or deep and right along the bottom.
